Montpoupon

The castle was remodeled in the 14th century but it still has its medieval aspect.
It was a stronghold of the Middle Ages built under Charlemagne.
Later on, the castle was transformed in the 16th century into a Renaissance castle by Aymar de Prie under Francis I.
It is today registered as a historic monument.
